Lace up those sneakers and start training, because the Roosevelt 5K and Kids Races Event is coming up on Sunday, June 1, 2025!

The kids will kick off the morning at 8:30am with the free half-miler kids races around the school. There will be two kids races: preK-2nd grade and 3rd-5th grade. Then the 5K will begin at 9:00 a.m. with a course that meanders through the wider footpaths of Mission Creek Park.

5k registration costs $25 and includes a race shirt. To guarantee that you receive a race t-shirt, you must register by May 18. This event is open to the public, so invite your friends, family, and neighbors. Learn more and register online.

Volunteers needed: If you are not racing, but would like to help at the event, sign up to become a volunteer. All volunteers who sign up before May 18 will get a free t-shirt!
